At Lou’ Lens Gallery, each pet session is designed to capture the quiet presence they bring into your life — the way they stay close, the unspoken connection, the moments that feel small but mean everything. Set within the South West’s most considered environments, from open coastal spaces and natural bushland to the comfort of your home, every location is chosen to reflect the bond you share. You don’t need to worry about posing or control. I work gently and patiently, allowing your pet to move naturally, so their personality and your connection can unfold without pressure. Unforced and thoughtfully observed, these moments are captured as they are — honest, familiar, and full of meaning. The result is imagery that feels timeless and deeply personal — a reflection of the ones who are always there. Each session concludes with a curated collection of 15 beautifully edited images, delivered via a private online gallery.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Each session is intentionally reserved. A non-refundable retainer secures your place. Payments The remaining balance is due prior to your session. Your gallery is released once full payment is received. Refunds All payments are considered final. Your booking reflects time, preparation, and creative investment. Rescheduling Life happens —Requests are handled with care and consideration. One reschedule may be accommodated with a minimum of 72 hours notice. This allows your session to be reallocated with care. Requests made later then this will require a new retainer to secure a new date. For outdoor sessions, where weather impacts the quality of your images, your session may be rescheduled without penalty. For maternity and newborn sessions, flexibility is offered where needed, with timing considered gently around your circumstances. Non-attendance or repeated rescheduling will require a new booking. Cancellations Cancellations result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Session time is reserved exclusively for you. Attendance Arriving late may shorten your session. Missed appointments cannot be retained. Delivery Your final gallery will be thoughtfully curated and delivered once payment is complete. Turnaround times will be shared at the time of booking
