At Lou’ Lens Gallery, each maternity session is designed to capture the quiet anticipation — the connection, the stillness, and the space just before everything changes. Set within the South West’s most considered environments, from soft coastal light to open fields or the intimacy of your home, every location is chosen to reflect this deeply personal time. You don’t need to know how to move or what to do. I guide you gently, allowing space for you to settle into the moment, so your connection to your baby — and to yourself — can be felt naturally. Unrushed and artfully considered, these moments are captured with softness and intention. The result is imagery that feels calm, emotive, and timeless — a reflection of this life-changing season, just as it is. Each session concludes with a curated collection of 15 beautifully edited images, delivered via a private online gallery.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Each session is intentionally reserved. A non-refundable retainer secures your place. Payments The remaining balance is due prior to your session. Your gallery is released once full payment is received. Refunds All payments are considered final. Your booking reflects time, preparation, and creative investment. Rescheduling Life happens —Requests are handled with care and consideration. One reschedule may be accommodated with a minimum of 72 hours notice. This allows your session to be reallocated with care. Requests made later then this will require a new retainer to secure a new date. For outdoor sessions, where weather impacts the quality of your images, your session may be rescheduled without penalty. For maternity and newborn sessions, flexibility is offered where needed, with timing considered gently around your circumstances. Non-attendance or repeated rescheduling will require a new booking. Cancellations Cancellations result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Session time is reserved exclusively for you. Attendance Arriving late may shorten your session. Missed appointments cannot be retained. Delivery Your final gallery will be thoughtfully curated and delivered once payment is complete. Turnaround times will be shared at the time of booking
