At Lou’ Lens Gallery, each family session is designed to capture the connection you share — the quiet moments, the movement, the way you naturally come together. Set within the South West’s most considered environments, from soft coastal stretches and open fields to intimate in-home spaces, every location is chosen to complement your family’s dynamic and the feeling we want your images to hold. You don’t need to arrive with a location in mind. I’ll guide you through selecting a setting that feels right for your family — working with the light, the season, and the energy of your session. Personalised and gently guided, your session is kept relaxed and unstructured, allowing genuine interaction and emotion to unfold naturally. The result is imagery that feels warm, honest, and timeless — a reflection of your family as you are. Each session concludes with a curated collection of 15 beautifully edited images, delivered via a private online gallery.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings Each session is intentionally reserved. A non-refundable retainer secures your place. Payments The remaining balance is due prior to your session. Your gallery is released once full payment is received. Refunds All payments are considered final. Your booking reflects time, preparation, and creative investment. Rescheduling Life happens —Requests are handled with care and consideration. One reschedule may be accommodated with a minimum of 72 hours notice. This allows your session to be reallocated with care. Requests made later then this will require a new retainer to secure a new date. For outdoor sessions, where weather impacts the quality of your images, your session may be rescheduled without penalty. For maternity and newborn sessions, flexibility is offered where needed, with timing considered gently around your circumstances. Non-attendance or repeated rescheduling will require a new booking. Cancellations Cancellations result in the forfeiture of your retainer. Session time is reserved exclusively for you. Attendance Arriving late may shorten your session. Missed appointments cannot be retained. Delivery Your final gallery will be thoughtfully curated and delivered once payment is complete. Turnaround times will be shared at the time of booking
